Mainroom

An AI assistant for customer success calls that stays quiet in front of the customer

A Mainroom Customer Success agent sits in on every customer call, remembers the account across calls, tracks commitments both ways, coaches the account owner privately, and drafts CRM notes for approval.

Most of the value in a customer call is in what gets promised, by whom, and by when. A Mainroom Customer Success agent attends every call with an account, says nothing unless you name it, and keeps track of all of it.

During the call

  • Silent unless named. The customer sees a participant in the roster and hears nothing unless you ask the agent something.
  • Private coaching. On your companion page it flags pushback as it happens, drafts an answer when the customer puts a question to you, and points out a vague promise ("we'll get back to you at some point") so you can pin a date before the call ends.
  • On request, in front of the customer. "Pull up their usage for the last quarter" or "what did we commit to last time?" gets an answer out loud, or on the shared screen.

After the call

  • A recap email with the account summary and the commitments on both sides.
  • Proposed CRM notes and follow-ups you approve before anything is written.
  • A ledger that carries into the next call with the same account.

Setting it up

Start from the Customer Success template in the Studio, connect your tools through any MCP server, and add the agent's address to your customer meetings.

Frequently asked questions

Will it speak in front of my customer?

Only when you name it. The Customer Success template is silent in front of the customer unless the account owner addresses it, for example to pull up a number or a document.

Does it write to our CRM?

Only as a proposal. CRM notes, tickets and follow-ups arrive as proposed actions that the account owner approves or discards.

How does it remember the account?

With memory on, it keeps a ledger per account: decisions, commitments by both sides, open questions and risks. Before the next call it reads that history, so it can remind you what was promised.
