Use cases
What teams use Mainroom agents for, and how to bring one into each meeting platform.
By use case
- An AI facilitator for workshops that runs inside the call
A Mainroom Facilitator agent joins your Zoom, Google Meet or Teams workshop, keeps the timeboxes, collects anonymous input from the quiet half of the room, and notices when one voice has had the floor too long.
- An AI tutor that joins your online class on Google Meet or Zoom
A Mainroom tutor agent joins a live class as a participant: it speaks with students in their language, teaches on a whiteboard it draws as it explains, remembers each student across sessions, and joins every class in a recurring series.
- AI mock interviews and sales roleplay in a real Zoom, Meet or Teams call
Practise with an AI that joins the actual meeting app: a Mainroom Roleplay Partner plays the candidate, buyer or difficult stakeholder, then breaks character and gives feedback, and a rubric scores every session.
- An AI assistant for customer success calls that stays quiet in front of the customer
A Mainroom Customer Success agent sits in on every customer call, remembers the account across calls, tracks commitments both ways, coaches the account owner privately, and drafts CRM notes for approval.
- An AI that runs a live product demo in the meeting, steered by the room
A Mainroom agent opens a real browser on the meeting's shared screen, clicks through your product as people ask ("open the pricing tab", "scroll down"), and narrates as it goes.
By platform
- An AI agent for Google Meet that speaks, presents and takes part
How to bring a Mainroom AI agent into Google Meet: invite it by email, admit it from the lobby (including Meet's second list of join requests), turn on captions, and what it can do once it is in.
- An AI agent for Microsoft Teams meetings, no Copilot license needed
How to bring a Mainroom AI agent into a Microsoft Teams meeting: invite it by email, admit it from the lobby, turn on live captions, and what it does once it is in.
- An AI agent for Zoom meetings that speaks, presents and takes part
How to bring a Mainroom AI agent into a Zoom meeting: invite it by email, admit it from the waiting room, turn on captions, and what it can do once it is in.
