An AI that runs a live product demo in the meeting, steered by the room
A Mainroom agent opens a real browser on the meeting's shared screen, clicks through your product as people ask ("open the pricing tab", "scroll down"), and narrates as it goes.
A live demo answers questions a slide cannot. A Mainroom agent can run one in the meeting itself: it opens a real browser on the shared screen, goes where the room asks, and talks through what it is doing.
How it works
- Ask: "Steve, show us the pricing page on example.com." The agent opens the site on the shared screen and starts narrating.
- Steer: "click on the enterprise plan", "scroll down", "go back". Instructions about the screen go to the agent without its name while its demo is up.
- Close: "close the demo" or "take it down".
Where teams use it
- Sales calls. The agent walks a buyer through the product while the seller handles the conversation.
- Onboarding. New users watch the steps done live, at their pace.
- Internal reviews. "Open the staging site and show me the new checkout" during a stand-up.
Tips
Say exactly what to open. If you ask for "a demo" without saying of what, it may pick a default; naming the site or page avoids that. Public pages work best; pages behind a login may not be reachable.
Frequently asked questions
Is it a recorded video?
No. It is a real browser the agent drives live on the shared screen, so it goes where the room asks.
Does someone have to say the agent's name for every step?
No. While its demo is on screen, instructions about what is on the screen ("click that", "go back") are for the agent even without its name.
How do I stop the demo?
Say "close the demo" or "take it down". It closes the browser and goes back to its tile.
